OnEasy – Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the OnEasy app and services (“Service”). By accessing or using OnEasy, you agree to these Terms.

By downloading, installing, or using OnEasy, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the app immediately.

• All subscription purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store.
• Apple manages billing, renewals, and refunds in accordance with their policies.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
• Prices and terms are subject to change; continued use implies acceptance.

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users.
• Use event description editing to post misleading or harmful content.
• Circumvent or modify app restrictions.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

• The AI-generated suggestions (e.g., for fitness, financial, or wellness tasks) are for informational purposes only.
• We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from reliance on AI-generated advice.
• Always use personal discretion and consult professionals when appropriate.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of OnEasy, except as required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
